Hi, I’m Sarah — an MBA, RDN, LD with 10+ years of experience helping people improve their health, performance, and confidence through simple, science-based nutrition. I’m also a Type 1 diabetic and a certified yoga instructor, which gives me both personal insight and mind–body perspective when supporting clients.My approach is warm, direct, and realistic. I focus on teaching you the why behind nutrition, building habits that last, and helping you feel confident—not restricted.Most clients use their insurance and pay little to nothing out of pocket.
